Smart Manufacturing
Smart manufacturing is never about a single product; it is the discipline of integrating hardware, software, and quality control into a fully auditable system.
Building on over 30 years of OEM manufacturing experience, we bring supply chain discipline in device manufacturing directly into the smart factory environment.
A long-term partner for smart factories, assisting from evaluation to mass production.
A smart factory is a long-term investment, and the timeline and engineering depth from evaluation, pilot testing, online deployment to mass production expansion require suppliers to have equally long-term engineering capabilities.
From the first feasibility meeting to production line automation, Atemitech provides integrated solutions including AI visual inspection, industrial display and touch, rugged computing devices, edge computing hardware, and customized battery modules.
A professional team fluent in industry language.
Atemitech holds certifications such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO13485. The engineering team has long served end customers in various industries including electronics manufacturing, automotive parts, medical devices, and industrial equipment. Each industry has its own quality record requirements, traceability specifications, and assembly verification standards—electronics emphasizes solder joints and assembly precision, automotive parts focus on dimensional tolerances and batch traceability, medical devices emphasize lot control and sterilization verification. The engineering team is fluent in these industry languages, significantly reducing alignment costs at project start.

A smart factory requires not just sensors, but rugged HMIs that can withstand three-shift rotations, edge AI computing devices that process data before reaching the cloud, and industrial displays that remain readable under production line lighting. Atemitech designs and manufactures each layer: rugged touch tablets that support glove touch, edge computing devices with integrated thermal management, MiniLED industrial displays with LumiBond® 2.0 technology. We integrate these product lines within a single engineering organization, ensuring interface compatibility is verified internally, and integration tests are managed by the same team. When there's a need to expand HMI interfaces beyond the AI inspection station or add special battery configurations beyond rugged tablets, these requirements are handled by a single point of contact, eliminating the need to realign specifications and timelines across multiple suppliers.
Most smart factory projects get stuck at handoff points—design companies, prototyping factories, and mass production factories each have different engineering interpretations. Atemitech compresses this pathway to be completed in-house.
The prototyping end includes CNC, sheet metal, silicone molding, 3D printing; the mass production end includes SMT and final assembly. Our industrial design, mechanical, electronic, firmware, and AI integration are all within the same engineering organization. The engineer validating the prototype is on the same page as the engineer responsible for mass production, accumulating engineering details internally to help the next project reach a stable state faster.
