Atemitech independently develops Battery Management Systems (BMS) that integrate cell status monitoring, anomaly warnings, charge and discharge control, and cell balance management, assisting customers in real-time battery health monitoring at the system level.
By identifying potential failing cells in advance, the maintenance team can intervene and resolve issues before they escalate, effectively reducing the risk of unscheduled downtime and ensuring continuous stable operation of the equipment.

Communication

The battery status can be monitored and reported through various communication protocols (RS232, RS485, I2C, SMbus, Canbus, UART, etc.).

 
Monitoring
  • Supports multi-string battery module monitoring design, with the capability to monitor up to 192 strings simultaneously.
  • Monitors battery voltage, current, and temperature, providing protection against overcharge, over-discharge, leakage, and short circuit.
  • Status recording function detects and records anomalies in battery voltage, current, temperature, and capacity for subsequent analysis.
  • High-precision battery capacity calculation and remaining capacity estimation, which can be combined with LED power display design.
 
Protection
  • Provides active or passive battery balancing functions to reduce capacity loss due to imbalance and extend battery lifespan.
  • Low power consumption design increases battery storage days and reduces charging frequency.
